Your calculator inputs never leave your device. All mortgage calculations are performed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No loan amounts, interest rates, balances, or any other financial data you enter into our calculators is transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Automatically Collected Data: When you visit our Site, we may automatically receive standard web server log information, including your IP address (anonymized), browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time of visit. This data is collected to understand how the Site is used and to maintain security.
Cookies: We use cookies necessary for the Site to function, and third-party cookies placed by Google AdSense and Google Analytics (if enabled) for advertising and analytics purposes. See Section 5 for details on advertising cookies.
Contact Form Data: If you contact us through our Contact page, we collect the name and email address you provide solely to respond to your inquiry.

We want to be completely transparent: the numbers you enter into our mortgage calculators are never sent to us, stored on any server, or shared with anyone. Every calculation runs entirely inside your web browser. When you close the page, the data is gone. We cannot see it, and we do not want to.
